90210 Recap and Live Blog: Between A Sign and A Hard Place

Since last night's episode of 90210 came on at midnight for those of us in Chicago, I am live-blogging this recap so as to not waste time.

Donna Martin and her sad trombones

We start off at the Taylor household. Sammy needs help getting ready, Silver is giving her homework to Kelly to turn in for her and all of a sudden Donna's baby makes another appearance. Where the heck was she all of last episode? She arrived with Donna but then all of a sudden she was being babysat by an unknown person.

The Wilsons have finally sold their house back in Kansas and are having a yard sale. Harry doesn't want to sell his Big Mouth Billy Bass and Debbie isn't having it. Annie is getting a ride to school from Naomi and the two seem pretty eager to have a friendship and they bond over their shared love of foosball. Liam and Ethan continue their awkward bromance and Liam tries to peer pressure Ethan into skipping school and going to the beach.

Kelly helps Donna shop for some retail space to bring her creations to Beverly Hills. She wants to come home but her husband, David, wants to stay in Japan. They've been fighting and things have gotten pretty awful -- so they're thinking about divorce.

After their day at the beach together, Ethan gets a ride back to school from Liam and upon seeing him Mr. Matthews asks if everything is alright because it's not like Ethan to ditch class. Instead of talking it out with Mr. Matthews, Ethan mouths off to him instead. Liam is obviously bad news.

Silver goes to the Peach Pit to see Dixon and some stupid mean girls call her a freak and are total bitches. Don't you dare insult our Silver! Silver feels like she can't go back to school and Dixon tries to talk her down. He's such a good boyfriend.

Annie walks in on Harry and Debbie as Harry is about to tell her that Naomi's father is being sued for sexual harassment by another student's mother. As if Naomi needed any more drama in her life.

Kelly and Donna go to a psychic to see if Madam Flannigan can predict if Donna should go back to Japan or stay in Beverly Hills. The psychic ends up giving Kelly a prediction about meeting a man with a six pack. Once again Kelly steals the spotlight from Donna -- some things never change.

Naomi stops by the yard sale and kicks Annie's butt at foosball. After some prodding, Annie finds out that Naomi doesn't know about her dad. He asked to meet with her at her hotel room later that night, so Annie holds off on saying anything.

Navid and Adrianna are looking at resumes of potential families for her baby and Navid seems to be getting very attached to the baby bump while Adrianna tries her best not to.

Naomi's dad visits her at the hotel and tells her she needs to move home to present him as a family man. In an attempt to stay at the hotel, Naomi threatens to tell his girlfriend about the affair with the real estate lady and he gives that plan the thumbs down and says he already told Gail about the other lady and she forgave him. Sad trombone for Naomi.

Donna and Kelly want to let off some steam so they ask a couple of girls on the street where the hot spots are these days. Somehow they are mistakenly sent to a lesbian bar. They finish their "Dirty Girl Scout" shots and end up dancing the night away with their Sapphic sisters. When they leave the club, Donna walks past a space for lease that is perfect for her store.

Back at the Peach Pit, Portia (the one whose mom is suing Mr. Clark) walks by with her posse and calls Naomi's dad a perv -- Annie sticks up for Naomi but this only gets Naomi mad at Annie for not saying anything to her sooner. Really though, for once, it's not Annie's fault.

Annie goes to apologize to Naomi as she is packing her belongings at the hotel and offers to have Naomi move in with the Wilson family. Surprisingly, Naomi accepts the offer as long as it isn't based on pity. Foosball parties ALL THE TIME!

Navid and Adrianna meet with a couple who wants to adopt -- they seem perfect but Adrianna has some reservations. Clearly, she doesn't really know that she wants to give the baby up for adoption.

Donna apparently already got everything set up in her new store and is about to have her grand opening. Unfortunately, she's still having some problems convincing David to move back to 90210. So, she's got the sad trombones playing too. Don't worry little Donna, David sends flowers and a card to the opening saying he's thinking about her. Oh and her new lesbian friends love the store and will be sending their friends over with Dirty Girl Scout Cookie shots soon.

Kelly leaves to get more munchies for the opening and finds her Joe Six Pack, of course, Mr. Matthews. Kelly attacks Ryan on his couch -- she must've picked up some of Dixon's moves or something. She practically went American Pie "What's my name bitch!" on him.

Silver escapes the barrage of questions at the party by going outside. There she finds Ethan, who has been ditched by his man date, Liam. Silver confides in Ethan that she has decided to go to Catholic school so she can have a fresh start. Meanwhile, Liam had texted Naomi to meet him somewhere so they can jump bones.

Navid and Adrianna discuss the baby's future and talk about raising the baby together. He talks about loving the baby and being in love with Adrianna since they were seven. He decides they should get married. I hope this works out but really, how could it? This is 90210!

What did you think of last night's episode? What the hell is going on with Liam? For that matter, what's going on with Ethan and Silver? Let us know in the comments!
